IPbyGreen service wheel defines the four main focus areas that constitutes the consultancy services.

The focus areas have been chosen with the goal of a high return of investiment to Improve Process, Improve Performance and Improve Productivity of Software Services for any clients engaging with IPbyGreen.

Each of the service offerings in the service wheel is delivered in predefined modules. A module is 3 days of effort and one week of duration. All modules have defined starting requirements and defined criteria of expected outputs and result. All modules start with a kick-off engagement and ends with a close-down meeting and the sharing of results.

The modules can be delivered using virtual meeting technologies as an alternative to Face2Face meetings.
